Don’t worry, though, we use the least abrasive techniques to clean all the debris and growing things from up there, and apply a specialized treatment to your roof to eliminate all organic infestations. Regular maintenance is key for the longevity of your roof!

Siding Soft Washing
So this weird thing happens to vinyl siding: moldy greenish gray gunk grows on it. Have no fear! You don’t need to replace your siding, you just need some guys in blue shirts to come remove the organic infestation with a specialized solution that dissolves the gunk and adds immediate curb appeal to your house.

Window Cleaning
This is our most precise service, and requires the most skill from our technicians. We love customizing this service for your house and your needs: inside, outside, screens, tracks, skylights, sliding doors, those fun round windows. . . We can do them all!

Gutter Cleaning
Sometimes gutters need love, too. We remove the debris that clogs up the gutters, and we can wash the outsides of the troughs to remove all those pesky stains from when they were plugged up and overflowing.

Hardscape Pressure Washing
Listen, the PNW is hard on concrete, brick, pavers, and other hardscape surfaces. We are experts in using just the right amount of power to clean each surface without damaging it. It doesn’t matter what moss or gunk is accumulated on your hardscape - we can clean it.

Solar Panel Cleaning
This is pretty much common sense. Solar panels have to see the sun to make power. They see more sun (that precious PNW sun) when they are clean. We have just the right tools to safely get up there and clean them so you can get the maximum value out of your investment.

Christmas Lighting
Fa la la la la get off your ladder before you hurt yourself. Our professional lights are custom cut to your exact roofline and you can sit inside and sip a nice cup of chai while we crawl all over your roof installing them.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Having your dryer vent regularly cleaned is an easy way to reduce your fire risk, increase the efficiency of your dryer, and use less energy to dry your clothes. It’s like flossing your teeth (if you were only supposed to floss your teeth like twice a year).

If you have a cute dog (or an ugly dog), we will be so excited to say “hi”. Our Official Company Pooch, Buna, says we give the best scritches ever. We offer this service free of charge :)

Automate your exterior home maintenance with our customized program to get you just the right services at the right time!

This program is our way of taking the guesswork out of exterior cleaning. If you wonder whether your roof needs to be cleaned or how often your gutters are clogged, or if you wish that someone would just know when to come and pressure wash your mossy steps before they get slippery, then this program is for you! We take a look at the exact cleaning needs of your home or business and create a custom schedule of yearly services for you, and then book them all at once so that you never have to think about them again!

We consult with you about the services you are interested in, and discuss the details of your property that would impact how often those services are performed.
We create a custom quote for you to review with all of your services mapped out for the year. Often we can group services together to save you money!
Once you approve your quote, we schedule all of your services for the year and then you can cross all your exterior maintenance to-do items off of your list!
You can spread the cost of your services out by paying in monthly increments, or pay at the time of each service.
At the end of the year, we review your services with you to determine whether you want to add or subtract anything before we schedule new services for the next year.

There are so many ways to customize your exterior cleaning! Here are some examples of things that might impact your Home Care Partnership Program:
Your property usage: if you have a big back deck that you love to host parties on, then we can make sure that it gets properly cleaned off in early spring each year just as the weather starts to warm up for grilling.
Who lives in your home: maybe you have kids or dogs who leave lots of marks on your windows. We can get you scheduled for regular full service window cleanings so that you aren’t overcome by unsightly nose prints on your sliding door.
Safety: some steps or walkways can get really slippery in the rainy season if they aren’t completely free from moss and grime. This is a big factor especially for people with mobility needs!
Foliage: more trees = more shade and more debris = more moss. We can adjust the frequency of gutter and roof cleanings to ride the line of getting moss and gunk cleared away right before it becomes a problem, without wasting your money cleaning things too often.
Preferences: maybe a mossy driveway doesn’t bug you at all, but mossy siding makes you feel itchy inside. We are happy to knock certain services off the list if you don’t want them, or to increase the frequency or intensity of our services that bring you the most satisfaction.

This program is so customizable that we can’t give a good price range! The simplest (and most popular!) subscription service we offer is our Monthly Mini Window Cleaning program, which involves cleaning your choice of 20 exterior ground floor window panes every four weeks for $95 a clean. Pricing for your specific Home Care Partnership Program will depend on the size of your property, and on which services you want to automate and how often you or your property require them. We work hard to schedule your services strategically to stack things together so that you save on trip costs and can take advantage of services that are cheaper to schedule together. For example, it is cheaper to clean a roof and gutters at the same time so that any debris from the roof can be removed from the gutters at the same time that the gutter debris is removed. Similarly, it is best practice to clean windows immediately after soft washing the siding so that gunk from the siding doesn’t dry down onto the windows and scum them up.
